OUR ORDERING PROCESS
1. Place your order
Browse our invitation designs and decide on which items you would like to order. Select your options, quantity and specify any design or colour requests, and add to the shopping cart. Once happy with your selections, proceed to the checkout and place your order.

2. Confirmation & what happens next
After receiving confirmation of your order, we will be in contact to start creating your design. If you have not already decided on your wording, a wording guide will be emailed to you to assist with this process.
Once we have received your wording details, we will create a digital proof of your design for you to check over.
4. Revisions & Approval
Should changes be required to your artwork, please email the changes required and we will update the proof and send it back to you for revision. This process will repeat until you are happy with the design. We won't print anything until we have received final approval from you via email.
Once approved, we will then commence production of your stationery which generally takes approximately 2-3 weeks to complete.
Your order will then be packaged then shipped to your chosen delivery address.
